After you have shared your concern:
  • The information you provide and agree that we can share will be sent to the organisation named within the "Organisation" field of this form, who will decide on the most appropriate course of action.
  • Once you have submitted a report the application will provide you with an activation link. Using this link will allow you to set your password. You will then be able to login to your account. For anonymous cases we’ll also generate a username to enable you to login.
  • After two working days please login to your account to check your report for feedback or further questions.
  • Safecall does not investigate or follow-up on your concern with the organisation named within the "Organisation" field of this form. It is the organisation which will determine the next steps for your report once this is processed by Safecall.
  • Once submitted you will have 8 hours to activate your account. Please contact Safecall if you have any issues.
